DPK Consulting Services developed the product "Your League Website" with league board members to create a tool to help communication for parents, employees and volunteers of several sports leagues.

Features
The beloved feature of the software is the online registration system. We will develop an online form off your existing form with any changes you see necessary. The members enter in their information, recieve a confirmation page that they sign (along with any waivers) and send in to you. This feature removes the tedious task of data input on your end! The information is stored a database we then send you extracts on your request. You do as you wish with the information.

Your league website is not just a web site for your league but a content management system for you to help administrate your important information you want to relay to your league members. Add your forms, schedules, policies, etc, all through the website itself. Tired of getting calls regarding forms? There is a section on the site for members to download all necessary forms. Store them on the web site so your members can get the most recent forms. You can change all content of your website through the administration panels.

The software also keeps track of schedules, standings and scores. All you need to do is enter in the results of games. See our update page for informaton on loading and updating information.

Each team and division in your league will have their own web page that allows your members access to their respective managers. These team pages display their respective schedule as well as scores to completed games.

Umpire scheduling is available. Enter the umpires into the system (names, addresses, phones, e-mail address) and then assign these umpires to the games. A querying tool is also available that some users use for payroll administration.

Field conditions can be updated via the update section. Keep your league members posted on game status via the web site.

Implementation
To implement the software for your league we make minor adjustments for your league depending on the necessities of your site. We will work with you to get the system up and running in a minimal amount of time.
